The bedroom is situated behind the kitchen area, down a short passage. This room has its own en suite bathroom and access to the back garden area complete with vegetable tunnels.

Furniture can be removed; bedroom can be
used as a space for Hair & Make-Up.

Outside Areas

A fantastic outdoor pool area with surrounding relaxation areas, accessible via the large glass open doors leading from the dining and lounge areas.

The Firepit is situated above the pool area, looking toward the studio. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, makes for a perfect campfire/BBQ scene.

A picturesque, quaint garden seated area, accessible through the studio bedroom. Surrounded by beautiful fynbos and further along an incredible fruit and vegetable garden, including tunnels.

This property is fully solar powered and off the Eskom grid.

PARKING

The property is situated down an embankment within a small Culde-sac. Access to the property is available via the driveway for cars nand panel vans only. Trucks will need to stationed roadside. For smaller crews up to 10 people, parking is available within the Cul-de-Sac where the property is situated. For larger crews more than 10 people, parking is available on the street and parking on the nearby field (100m) would need to be granted by permit.
